I refuse to outright copy another artists work. You may provide images for inspiration but I will always incorporate my own style into the piece.
Wood: no two pieces of wood are identical. If you order more than one piece, the wood will look slightly different. This is what adds to the rustic nature of it!
You are free to request that I re-create a piece I have done in the past. View my galleries for a full portfolio of my previous work.
Pre-made physical wood burned items are available for purchase at the Christmas markets that I will be in.
For personalized and custom requests, please visit the Request a Quote or Order page and complete the appropriate form.
This is the only way to request so that it ensures full details are captured.
All custom/personalized orders that are over $100 will require 50% of the final price paid upfront as a non-refundable deposit. The remaining 50% will be due upon completion and delivery.
For custom orders, please ensure you are responding to emails in a timely manner. If I do not hear back from you after 30 days, the order will be stopped. If you have paid a deposit, that money will be forfeited and not refunded.
I aim to have pieces completed within two weeks, however I will immediately communicate an estimated processing time.
Personalized orders are completed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Processing time could vary based on a few factors: the time of the year and what is happening at that time, and how many other custom orders I have on the go. (I do work full-time, volunteer, and have other hobbies!)
If you require a piece to be completed by a day sooner than my expected completed date, there will be an added charge for this which I will communicate to you.

At this point in time, I am only shipping within Canada. Items will be sent by Canada Post and packed securely. I will always obtain tracking information.
You are responsible for the following:
Providing correct shipping information. If your item is returned due to incorrect information, you will be charged all costs associated with having the package returned and re-shipped.
For any charges incurred due to import fees, duties, and import taxes that may apply.
I am not responsible for delays that are outside of my control such as weather, postal strikes, etc.
If you have not received your order after three weeks, please contact me and I will look into it. Please do not contact me before the three week time frame after the shipping date.
If you are outside of Canada and would like to have me complete a piece, I can obtain an estimate of shipping from Canada Post. You would be responsible for the shipping costs.
Delivery/Pickup for Crowsnest Pass and Area Residents:
I am happy to offer the option of delivery for those of you who live in the Crowsnest Pass area of Alberta.
This area is no further west than Sparwood, no further east than Pincher Creek, and no further north than the Oldman River bridge (Maycroft Provincial Area turnoff).
Pickups and deliveries will be done at a location that is decided on between the two of us.
I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED PIECES. To ensure that I have created exactly what you are looking for, I maintain an excellent level of communication throughout the process with pictures included and obtain your approval along the way.
For something that was pre-made, returns are not guaranteed, but please reach out to me to discuss the issue.
If I have agreed on a return, any associated costs (shipping) are your responsibility to cover.
